Customer & Challenges
Grape Grain and Bean is a brick and mortar business that has more than 10,000 skus in its inventory. They had the challenge of redoing their online store without having to re-enter all of their products into the site, as it would have been a huge investment. We were able to redesign the site, custom code APIs to connect Quickbooks Desktop, and incorporate on site SEO elements. This lead to a HUGE increase in rankings and revenue.
Process & Approach
Technical Strategy
Quickbooks Desktop isn’t exactly the most friendly of software to sync inventory with an online store. We were able to custom code integrations to make it happen. Also, we redesigned the site in a user friendly way.
Site Design & Development
The dev process was simple for the Grape Grain and Bean team. We created mockups, got approvals and began building. Also, because we had to get access to QB Desktop, our team remoted into the clients computer.
On Site SEO
We completely changed the way the site was structured to be more SEO friendly. This resulted in HUGE gains in traffic and rankings that the company had never seen before. Huge win.

Inventory Management
Being able get access to the client's computer through remote desktop to custom code the inventory management software was a unique challenge. In addition, the client has about 10,000 skus – and orders needed to be synced, along with images on a regular basis.
