ProfitPath® Plan of Action for SWECO

This ProfitPath® Plan of Action is designed to increase SWECO’s sales of its particle separation and size reduction solutions to operations managers, production managers, and plant managers in the construction, pharmaceutical, food and beverage, and chemical industries. We will make use of LinkedIn, Trade Shows, and Email Marketing to deliver “The SWECO Size Reduction Revolution”, a unique interactive, VR experience that showcases how our technology can improve their operations. This, in tandem with our lead conversion method of personalized consultations, will drive increased sales and leads.

Action #1: Targeted LinkedIn Prospecting

Start by creating a LinkedIn company page for SWECO to promote the services and the VR experience. Use LinkedIn’s Advanced People Search feature to find prospects based on their job titles and industries – specifically, operations managers, production managers, and plant managers in companies with 100-500 employees within the construction, pharmaceutical, food and beverage, and chemical industries. Create personalized connection requests explaining the benefits of SWECO’s technology for their industry and invite them to experience “The SWECO Size Reduction Revolution” VR experience.

Action #2: Trade Shows Participation

We will set up a booth at industry trade shows. The booth will feature the VR experience station where visitors can witness the particle separation process firsthand. Prepare a team of SWECO experts who can answer questions on the spot and provide a deeper understanding of our technology. Also, offer each participant a free personalized consultation following their VR experience and make sure to collect their contact information for follow-ups.

Action #3: Email Marketing and Lead Nurturing

After the trade shows, use the collected emails to send out personalized follow-ups to those who showed interest or requested a consultation. The emails can include a recap of the VR experience, a copy of their custom report, the benefits of SWECO technology, and an invitation to schedule their free consultation.
